System Administration

The information contained in this section will provide detailed information for System Configuration and Management reports within Synapse Communications.

Within Synapse Communication, Admin tables are available to users with “Admin” privileges, allowing creation of new entries, modification of existing entries, & activation/deactivation of existing entries. Throughout the Admin tables, inactive entries are displayed in red text, while active entries are displayed in black text. Inactive entries are only viewable by Admin staff, not front-end users.
